Biodance’s Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask starts milky and becomes transparent during wear. The brand describes that change as essence moving out of its hydrogel. What you can see is a change in the mask; it is not a measurement of how much collagen has entered your skin, or how much new collagen your skin has made.
I would consider it for a leisurely evening when I wanted a long hydration ritual, rather than for a quick ten-minute mask before going out. The gel format and gradual clear finish are the reasons this product feels like a different proposition from a soaked fabric sheet.
A gel mask rather than a soaked fabric sheet
Biodance is a Korean skincare brand whose mask range includes collagen, Cera-nol and other formulas. This article concerns the Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask, rather than treating every colour in the range as the same product.
Its two-part sheet is hydrogel: a gel structure rather than fabric soaked in liquid. Each 34 g mask brings collagen together with glycerin, betaine, niacinamide and ferment ingredients. It is a complete cosmetic formula held in a gel sheet.
Collagen in a cosmetic mask is used for moisture and a smoother-feeling film on the skin; it does not replace the collagen beneath the surface. Glycerin and betaine help hold water, while niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is used for tone and moisture-barrier support. That makes temporary plumpness a sensible thing to look for. It makes a claim to rebuild your skin's collagen a much bigger leap.
There is a useful distinction in that 34g figure. It is the mask’s weight, not 34g of pure collagen or a measured dose reaching the skin. A generous-feeling sheet and a high collagen concentration are different claims.

What the clear finish can tell you
The sheet usually starts becoming transparent after two to three hours. Skin condition, the environment and the skincare underneath can affect the timing, so there is no need to race the clock. A gradual change during overnight wear is also normal.
How long to wear it
Apply the mask after skincare and plan for a long session: around three to four hours, removing it once it turns transparent. Overnight wear is another option if that format suits you.
This fits an evening when you have time to leave a mask on while relaxing. Remove it sooner if it becomes uncomfortable, and use the wear period supplied with your pack. Sleeping in it is a choice, not the goal of the treatment.
If the sheet is taking longer to turn clear, consider the skincare underneath and the conditions around you. Cream underneath can make the change more gradual. A slower change is not a reason to extend the session beyond the wear time on your pack just to reach a completely clear finish.
For a mask that separates its treatment from the covering sheet, our House of B Face Film guide explains that two-stage format.
If a long-wear hydrogel mask does not fit your evening, compare sheet masks and sleeping masks before choosing the extra step.
Does a clearer mask mean more collagen?
A mask that turns clear sooner is not necessarily a mask that has delivered more collagen. If the timing varies with the environment and what is already on the skin, it cannot serve as a calibrated absorption meter.
I like the visual idea: the mask has a beginning and a recognisable finish. The clear sheet makes the long session feel complete. I would enjoy that as part of the experience and judge the result by how my skin feels afterwards, rather than by treating transparency as a collagen measurement.
A similar visual shortcut appears with pimple patches turning white: the material changes visibly, but that change alone cannot tell you that the underlying skin problem is solved.
The collagen numbers need their nouns
The advertised 150,000 ppm blend combines collagen, ferments and hyaluronic acid. It is a combined ingredient figure, rather than 15% pure collagen. For me, the useful takeaway is the hydrating blend, not a bigger number to chase.
Biodance also advertises a small collagen molecular weight. I would keep the expected benefit at the surface: hydration and a temporarily smoother, plumper-looking finish. That claim alone does not show the mask rebuilds the collagen beneath your skin.

My reason to choose this mask would be the long hydrogel session and the hydrated-looking finish, with the clear sheet as an enjoyable finale. If I wanted speed, I would choose a shorter-wear mask instead. Biodance makes a good case for a particular kind of beauty evening; it does not need an overnight collagen-rebuilding story.
